Genel olarak BT, kemik yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede daha iyidir. Ancak radyografiden \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek yumu\u015fak doku kontrast \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flar. MR, \u00f6zellikle beyin ve omurili\u011fin de\u011ferlendirilmesinde ve yumu\u015fak doku kas-iskelet sistemi sorunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011ferli olan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yumu\u015fak doku kontrast \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flar.&nbsp; A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki liste, sevk eden veteriner hekimlere farkl\u0131 klinik problemler i\u00e7in MR veya BT g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme endikasyonlar\u0131 ve farklar\u0131n\u0131 anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<br \/>\n<strong>N\u00f6betler veya merkezi CNS i\u015faretleri:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Beyin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemesi i\u00e7in MR tercih edilir.&nbsp;Kontrast, neoplastik ve inflamatuar lezyonlar\u0131n tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp;Prognoz ve cerrahi veya radyasyon tedavisi se\u00e7enekleri hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok fazla bilgi elde edilir.&nbsp;\u00c7o\u011fu durumda neoplazi, enflamatuar hastal\u0131klardan ve vask\u00fcler uzla\u015fmadan ay\u0131rt edilebilir.&nbsp;Bazen, bir tan\u0131 i\u00e7in BT e\u015fli\u011finde biyopsi veya yeniden kontrol taramalar\u0131 gerekebilir.<br \/>\n<strong>Kafa travmas\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Yaralanmadan sonraki ilk 24 saat i\u00e7inde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme yap\u0131l\u0131rsa CT tercih edilir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc akut kanama hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Hem MR hem de CT, neoplazi ve rinit i\u00e7in burun bo\u015flu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede \u00e7ok iyidir.&nbsp;Her ikisi de hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n boyutunu belirleyebilir ve kribiform uzla\u015fmay\u0131 de\u011ferlendirebilir.&nbsp;Maliyet etkinli\u011fi ve kemikli yap\u0131lar\u0131 tam olarak de\u011ferlendirebilmesi nedeniyle CT tercih edilmektedir.<br \/>\n<strong>Yumu\u015fak doku neoplazisi:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Kesitsel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme, \u00f6zellikle yumu\u015fak doku sarkomu vakalar\u0131nda cerrahi planlama i\u00e7in hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kapsam\u0131n\u0131 belirlemede y\u00fcksek kalite sa\u011flar.&nbsp;MR tercih edilen y\u00f6ntemdir, ancak kontrastl\u0131 CT neredeyse ayn\u0131 derecede etkilidir.<br \/>\n<strong>Ok\u00fcler ve orbital kitleler<\/strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;MRG, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kapsam\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirmek ve kafa i\u00e7i tutulumu d\u0131\u015flamak i\u00e7in endikedir.&nbsp;Ultrason, bu vakalar\u0131n ilk de\u011ferlendirmesinde, neoplaziyi sel\u00fclitten ay\u0131rt etmede ve biyopsi elde etmede de \u00e7ok faydal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n<strong>Omurilik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;MRG tercih edilir ve bir lezyonun tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131nda ve neoplazi, disk herniasyonunu ve embolik belirleyebilir.&nbsp;Lezyon, spinal kolonun belirli bir segmentinde tam olarak lokalize edilemiyorsa, miyelografi ve elektrodiagnostikler genellikle ilk prosed\u00fcrler olarak g\u00f6sterilir.<br y\u0131rt\u0131klar\u0131 da MRI ile g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<br \/>\n<strong>Omuz topall\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;\u015eu anda, bisipital tenosinovit, supraspinat\u00f6z yaralanma veya OKB&#8217;yi de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in radyografi ve ultrason de\u011ferlendirmesinin kombinasyonu endikedir.<br \/>\n<strong>Kronik otitis:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;CT, orta kulak iltihab\u0131 \/ interna ile neoplaziyi tan\u0131mlamada ve ameliyat ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 belirlemede etkilidir.<br \/>\n<strong>Toraks:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;CT, pulmoner metastaz\u0131 tan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in radyografiden daha duyarl\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;V\u00fccut duvar\u0131 ve mediastinal kitlelerin cerrahi veya radyasyon tedavisi planlamas\u0131nda da faydal\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;MR, karma\u015f\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme teknikleri olmadan g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcste do\u011fal hareket ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><strong>Kar\u0131n:
