Spiral BT 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Multidedekt\u00f6r BT (MDBT) 1998 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren devreye girmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle 4 dedekt\u00f6r i\u00e7eren BT\u2019 lerin (MDBT) klinik kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucu elde edilen veriler b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yank\u0131 uyand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_column_text]CT (Tomografi), kedi ve k\u00f6pe\u011finizin v\u00fccudunda X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ile detayl\u0131 kesitsel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler elde etmeye yarayan teknikler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Elde edilen veriler, bilgisayarlar sayesinde yeniden \u015fekillendirilip radyologlar taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilir.<br \/>\nCT, ortas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir halka \u015feklinde bo\u015flu\u011fu olan bir makinedir. Kedi veya k\u00f6pe\u011finizin uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131 sedyenin \u00e7evresindeki halka ileri geri hareket eder ve b\u00f6ylece cihaz k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kesitler \u015feklinde hayvan\u0131n v\u00fccudundan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler alarak \u015f\u00fcphelenilen b\u00f6lgenin patoloji y\u00f6n\u00fcnden detayl\u0131 incelenmesini sa\u011flar.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;10&#8243; down=&#8221;10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Multislice CT (Tomografi) nedir? \u00d6zellikleri ve avantajlar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_column_text]G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki teknolojik geli\u015fmelere paralel olarak tomografide al\u0131nan kesit kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 incelmi\u015ftir. Bu sayede CT\u2019 de g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenen alanlar i\u00e7in daha hassas ve h\u0131zl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar elde edilmektedir. Ek olarak CT cihazlar\u0131 da farkl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 16 ve 64 kesitli bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi (CT) cihaz\u0131 ile 15-20 saniye gibi \u00e7ok k\u0131sa<br \/>\ns\u00fcrelerde t\u00fcm v\u00fccut g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemesi yap\u0131labildi\u011fi gibi 3 boyutlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc zenginli\u011fi artt\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle akci\u011fer, kalp ve koroner damarlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli yer tutan bu sistem, dokularda insan g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn bile \u00e7ok zor ay\u0131rt edebilece\u011fi boyutlardaki hastal\u0131k bulgular\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131nmas\u0131na olanak verir. Multislice CT teknolojisi ile, doz kontrol\u00fc sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 dozu<br \/>\nverilerek y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckte ve y\u00fcksek tan\u0131sal de\u011ferde, 0,1 mm\u2019 ye kadar kesitlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131naimkan sa\u011flayarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler elde edilebilmektedir. Sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu imkan ile, veteriner hekimlere, \u00e7ok erken d\u00f6nemde evcil hayvanlar\u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 belirleyebilmeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli avantajlar sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Olu\u015fan X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sayesinde al\u0131nan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler 2 boyutlu olarak elde edilir. Daha sonra bilgisayar yoluyla g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler 3 boyutlu hale getirilir.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;10&#8243; down=&#8221;10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Kedi veya k\u00f6pe\u011fime sedasyon uygulanacak m\u0131?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_column_text]\u015eu anki teknolojide CT cihazlar\u0131 y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc alabilme yetene\u011fine sahiptir. 5-10 dakika i\u00e7erisinde i\u015flem tamamlanabilmekte, ancak baz\u0131 durumlarda bu s\u00fcre uzayabilmektedir. \u0130\u015flemin tekrarlanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek ad\u0131na hastan\u0131n hareketsizli\u011fi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar g\u00f6z<br \/>\n\u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda k\u0131sa etkili bir sedasyon tomografi i\u015flemi i\u00e7in yeterli olacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015flem bittikten sonra kedi ve\/veya k\u00f6pe\u011finizin sedasyon durumundan normale d\u00f6nmesi i\u00e7in tekrar ila\u00e7 uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;10&#8243; down=&#8221;10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5><strong>CT \u00f6ncesi ne gibi haz\u0131rl\u0131klar yap\u0131lmal\u0131?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_column_text]Evcil dostunuzun, sedasyon alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak 8 saat \u00f6ncesinden yemek yemesine, en az 4 saat \u00f6ncesinden de su i\u00e7mesine izin vermemelisiniz. E\u011fer evcil dostunuzun kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenli bir ilac\u0131 ya da sedasyon almaya engel bir durumu varsa bunu mutlaka hekiminizle payla\u015fmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. CT i\u015flemi \u00f6ncesinde ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak patolojik alana ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak veteriner hekiminiz hastan\u0131z\u0131n evde a\u011f\u0131z yoluyla ila\u00e7 almas\u0131n\u0131 isteyebilir; yine hastan\u0131z\u0131n durumuna g\u00f6re veteriner hekiminiz, i\u015flem \u00f6ncesi baz\u0131 kan testleri yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 uygun bulabilir. CT s\u0131ras\u0131nda herhangi bir metalin (tasma ve benzeri gibi) k\u00f6pe\u011finizin ve\/veya kedinizden \u00fczerinde olmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;10&#8243; down=&#8221;10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5><strong>CT i\u015flemi k\u00f6pe\u011fimin veya kedimin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar verir mi?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;4&#8243;][vc_column_text]CT i\u015flemi Avrupa ve Amerika\u2019da \u00e7ok s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan, <strong>FDA<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan onayl\u0131, olduk\u00e7a g\u00fcvenli diagnostik bir i\u015flemdir. Tek bir CT uygulamas\u0131nda, k\u00f6pe\u011finizin ya da kedinizin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 radyasyon oran\u0131 \u00f6nemsenmeyecek kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda gerekli hallerde parenteral uygulanan kontrast maddeye kar\u015f\u0131 nadiren alerjik reaksiyonlar \u015fekillenebilir; kusma, dispne, eritem, \u00fcrtiker, hipotansiyon gibi intolerans reaksiyonu belirtileri hatta anafilaksi g\u00f6zlenebilir. B\u00f6yle bir durumda veteriner hekiminiz gerekli uygulamalar\u0131 yapacakt\u0131r ama yine de baz\u0131 ileri durumlarda bu tip reaksiyonlar\u0131 bask\u0131lamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayabilir. Bu tip alerjik reaksiyonlara yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan hastalarda art\u0131-eksi \u015fartlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak karar verilmelidir.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5>CT\u2019 nin kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;3&#8243; down=&#8221;4&#8243;][vc_column_text]CT ile beyin, solunum yolu, akci\u011fer enfeksiyonlar\u0131nda, kemikler, damarlar ve yumu\u015fak dokular detayl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenir. Trafik kazalar\u0131nda ve d\u00fc\u015fmelerde meydana gelebilen k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131n, organ ve doku zedelenmelerinin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenmesinde CT ile g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme, tan\u0131 ve tedavi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir y\u00f6ntemdir. Ayr\u0131ca k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc alabilme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir.<br \/>\nCT g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri r\u00f6ntgenden \u00e7ok daha ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r ve radyografilerdeki g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin \u00fcst \u00fcste d\u00fc\u015fme (s\u00fcperpozisyon) durumunu ortadan kald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zellik CT tekni\u011finde \u00f6nemli bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck<br \/>\nsa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. CT\u2019 nin iki temel kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 vard\u0131r: Birincisi, v\u00fccutta \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle olu\u015fan lezyonlar\u0131 saptar. \u00c7evre dokularla ili\u015fkilerini ve karakterini belirlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Kanserlerde hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n evrelerini belirlemekle birlikte, tedaviye cevap verip vermedi\u011finin izlenmesi, ameliyat sonras\u0131 kontrol ve \u0131\u015f\u0131n tedavisinin planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu nedenle CT, kanser tan\u0131s\u0131 ve tedavisi s\u00fcrecinde vazge\u00e7ilmez bir y\u00f6ntemdir.<br \/>\nDi\u011fer temel kullan\u0131m alan\u0131, travmaya maruz kalan hastalarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kemik yap\u0131y\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemesi, hematomu ay\u0131rabilmesi ve incelemenin MR\u2019 a g\u00f6re kolay yap\u0131labilmesi nedeniyle travmal\u0131 hastalarda en de\u011ferli y\u00f6ntemdir.<br \/>\nMultislice CT (Tomografi) gibi modern, y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 taray\u0131c\u0131lar ayr\u0131ca kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, solunum hacmindeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, kalp fonksiyonu ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak dinamikleri gibi dinamik fizyolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7leri de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u00e7ekimi yapan radyolog, v\u00fccuttaki herhangi bir d\u00fczlemdeki yap\u0131lar\u0131n kimli\u011fini tespit etmek ve anatomi ve \/ veya fizyolojisindeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir anatomi ve fizyoloji bilgisine sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Artefakt bilgisi, CT taramalar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde de \u00f6nemlidir. CT prosed\u00fcrlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmede ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerden en fazla bilgiyi t\u00fcretmede ustala\u015fmak i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, deneyim ve e\u011fitim gereklidir.
